-This web-site is full of pictures and good tips that attracted my attention.
-This article went over different tips and strategies on having a healthy mental/emotional health and what it looks like in people’s lives. Those who are emotionally healthy are able to control their emotions and behavior. It also helps you strengthen relationships and overcome difficult situations. When a bad situation comes up they are able to pull it together and get back where they left off. Our mental health is something that we need to put effort into to get stronger. There are many things that can be done to build a mentally healthy life and make it more enjoyable.

In this article there are tips on how to stop worrying, but as a Christian the best way to stop worrying is to rely on God and know that he’s there help and strengthen us.
